Few individuals have had a more profound affect on a person as Diana, the Princess of Wales. While her beauty and natural charm attracted immediate attention, her warmth and sincerity touched the world. Diana's brother Earl Spencer’s Eulogy. This is how my perspective of Diana was changed. This line effectively captures how much Diana means to England and how she is will forever be remembered. This speech truly captured the radiance, which is Diana. Having Elton John perform the song alone conveys how he knew Diana personally and this is his way of saying goodbye, through music. The affectionate, slow piano music contributes to adding to emotional melancholy tone to the song.
