To achieve such goal beginners has to be keen, have recourse to v coaching. The unaccustomed weight and measurement of the racket are not the only difficulties with which the beginner will have to challenge. To learn to play tennis, well is difficult and time consuming.

The beginner therefore is constantly faced with a new situation. However, those people who believe that they need only to stand still pick up a racket and ball and start playing are greatly mistaken. bly the hardest of all moving ball games to conquer. There is no substitute for hard work. The most important gymnastic movement is found in this game; bending of the body-turning- stretching strengthening of the stomach, arm and leg muscles.

Naturally if they take the trouble to study the theory of how to play they will absorb much more from each lesson, making it quicker and cheaper to reach a standard sufficient to enjoy the game.

When I was a still a beginner it was not easy to learn the basic stroke. I started at the age of eight and I am still playing now.

Further more, this sport can be learnt at any age and, above all, it can be played until quite late in life. From the “ sport of the upper classes ” tennis has gradually become a well-loved sport that everyone can play and people have come to realize more and more that it is a wonderful release re from everyday work. The difficulties, of course, are not recognized at first glance and only with a closer study do they become clear.
