             Field Sales Representative Agreement
             General: Field sales representatives are independent sales personnel compensated by commission only and are fully responsible for all expenses. Abc company International, Inc. has a dynamic compensation package that will be tailored to your particular needs and the unique characteristics of each territory.
             Company Goal: It is our company goal to recruit the highest quality sales representatives in the industry, for each territory. These representatives will have the companies overall interest in mind. We will eventually have one field representative that caries all 3 brands in each territory. Each representative that carries less then all brands offered by our company will be reviewed for replacement at the completion of each golf season.
             Territory: Each field sales representative will receive commissions from all sales derived from accounts in your assigned territory. However when special pricing is offered to large chain accounts for the betterment of the over all company unless opened by the representative commissions will not be paid.
             Commission Structure: The following examples convey typical commission breakdown when dual field and telemarketing sales efforts are utilized.
             10% Commission: You will receive a 10% commission on all in line products not discounted nor part of a special promotion when you write and submit the order and are the sole service provider to the account.
             8% Commission: You will receive an 8% commission on all in line products not discounted nor part of a special promotion when you have your customers call in orders. You as the field sales representative opened the account and play a key role in the service to the account and only a limited amount of telemarketing support is necessary.
