Jane Eyre

Jane Eyre was orphaned when she was little because both of her parents died of typhus. After that she lived with her Aunt Reed who hated her and excluded her from the family activities. Then she was sent to Lowood School and was a student and a teacher. After eight years she decided that she wanted to teach in someone's home, so she started advertising. She found someone interested and at the age of 18 she left for Thornfield. There she teaches Adele Varens and winds up marrying the master of Thornfield Mr. Rochester. Then Thornfield burnt down and they were married 2 years later and had a baby and moved to France. In this story there are a few scenes that lead up to the main plot. The first is when she leaves her Aunt to go to school, which makes her happy. There she gets new friends, which builds her self-esteem and makes her a strong stable woman. At eighteen she goes to Thornfield. There she falls in love with the master Mr. Rochester. They greatly loved each other and enjoyed each other's company. Their love soon came to a standstill because at their wedding Jane found out Mr. Rochester was still married, but he hated his old wife because she was crazy. Because of this Jane moved to a village a day aw

After a year of living there she finds that she can't live without Mr. In Jane Eyre Bronte used metaphors and similes quite often. Maria Temple is another main character because she is Jane's idol and she gives Jane the willingness to continue strong through her years at Lowood. In this story there is 2 very important themes. The first theme is when Aunt Reed's son pushes Jane while Jane is reading a book. In this story there were many important characters. For example '' she takes a short walk in a lonely part of the estate under a wintry sky. '' To me this caption gives me a good idea of what it was like when she was like when she was walking. Rochester because he is the one who got married to Jane. Brocklehurst as a person who stands like a black pillar topped with a carved mask. Another good theme for this is don't judge a book by its cover. The author uses time in different ways during Jane's life.
