A Biblical Method of Making Decisions
A Biblical Method of Making Decisions The Bible helps us in many ways and one of them is helping us make the right decisions. As Christians we should know that the decisions we make will show what our morals and beliefs are. In life, we are going to have many choices and decisions to make. Of course every single question we have is not going to be listed in the Bible, so this is the reason why we must use a method to make our decisions. This method that we can use will help lead us to the right answer. One of the decisions that I have to make in my senior year is what college I will attend. Even though I will make a final decision now, this will probably change at least a little, later on. But this can help me now so that when the time comes that I have to make the final choice, it will be easier. There are many things that influence our decision making. I have learned in this lesson we are studying that the five things influencing our decisions are: tradition, conscience, society, faith, and information. Then there a . . .
State your problem My problem is that I am not sure about what college I want to attend. Listen to your own conscience I know that going to college is the right thing to do and that God will lead me in what I do. Florida Atlantic University b) This college is also close and it also has good nursing programs, which is good because neo natal nursing is one of the careers that I am interested in. Palm Beach Atlantic college a) The reason this is one of my choices, is because I live close to the college and I don’t really want to go out of state for college. Read your Bible I read in the Bible that it says in Proverbs 1:5 “A wise [man] will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels. This is also a good college, it’s a Christian college, and I know a lot of people that are planning to go here. I do know that I have given myself to Christ and His spirit will help lead me to the right decision, but I could try harder to focus more on him, rather than other things, to make the right choice. Telling God and asking him to lead you will always help.
