The Grange Family enjoys eating together as a family whenever they can. But an issue for them is the health problems of each of the individual family members, and being able to prepare one dish that is applicable and satisfying to each individuals needs. The goal is to prepare a budget family meal that all four family members can enjoy, and consult and make subjections to each member on ways to improve there health and live with such health issues that some family members might have to face in the near future.Each member of the family is different, and thus too is there food requirements, but you are not wanting to prepare 4 different meals, so it is required that we prepare a dish that all members are able to involve. But there are many things that you can do after you have had one to bring your body back to its original condition, improve your health and prevent another heart attack occurring. It is said that a person suffering with Lactose Intolerance is able to have 1cup of dairy a day, but this amount of cheese is high and could cause problems. It is important, in meal planning to make sure that each day's diet includes enough calcium, even if the diet does not have any dairy products.
