Obesity in Australian Children

The Grange Family enjoys eating together as a family whenever they can. But an issue for them is the health problems of each of the individual family members, and being able to prepare one dish that is applicable and satisfying to each individuals needs. The goal is to prepare a budget family meal that all four family members can enjoy, and consult and make subjections to each member on ways to improve there health and live with such health issues that some family members might have to face in the near future.Each member of the family is different, and thus too is there food requirements, but you are not wanting to prepare 4 different meals, so it is required that we prepare a dish that all members are able to involve. The issues of main interest in the Grange family where: * Jill: Over weight and busy schedule * Peter: Minot Heart Attack at 40 years old *Lachie: Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Lactose IntoleranceWhen you are over weight, you will want to go on a weight reduction diet, this requires that you would Decrease Fat intake, Decrease Sugar Intake, Increase the intake of Fruit, Vegetables, Bread and Cereal ( preferably wholegrain) and limit your intake of Alcohol. If you are found to be over weight a balance


What you eat, how often you exercise and the way you deal with stress plays a role in how well you recover from a heart attack. *Stress: If you are put under allot of stress, say at work you may respond to the stress in ways that can increase your risk of a heart attack. The results from being a Lactose Intolerant person, although not usually dangerous, may be very distressing and uncomfortable for a person, such as in Lachie's case. Irritable bowel syndrome is one of the most common gastrointestinal disorders that physicians see. It helps reduce constipation, but it can also make diarrhea, gas and cramping worse. Because of the types of dishes they can be eaten on a regular basis with a change of meat or dressing to make it more of a variety and to suit your taste and preference. Interrupted blood flow to your heart can damage or destroy a part of the heart muscle. Common symptoms of Lactose Intolerance are nausea, cramps, bloating, gas, and diarrhea. They are both not only healthy dishes but one that all will enjoy and will be able to prepare them self's in the future. In most cases, you can successfully control mild symptoms of IBS by learning to manage stress and making changes in your diet and lifestyle. But there are many things that you can do after you have had one to bring your body back to its original condition, improve your health and prevent another heart attack occurring. It is said that a person suffering with Lactose Intolerance is able to have 1cup of dairy a day, but this amount of cheese is high and could cause problems. It is important, in meal planning to make sure that each day's diet includes enough calcium, even if the diet does not have any dairy products.
