It is important that the self-esteem of our employees remains on a high level in order for them to be effective on the job. Effective leadership skills deployed by our staff will continue to achieve excellent results in employee job satisfaction and employee recruitment opportunities. We use such things as gift certificates to places like Sears, Circuit City, and Best Buy in $10, $20, and $50 denominations. This is because with the participative leading style the employees are allowed to generate and evaluate alternatives to certain problems that arise while at the work site. By using this method, and those described above, we have been successful in building long-term relations with our employees.
