Jane Eyre

Jane Eyre is a story of a young woman by Charlotte Bronte. The story takes place in
a town named Gateshead. This is where a child by the name of Jane Eyre lives. Jane is
constantly abused by her Aunt Reed. Jane is sent to a school in Lowood. After
Graduating from Lowood Jane gets a job teaching a little girl by the name of Adele at
Thornfield. It is here where Jane falls in love with a man by the name of Mr.
Rochester, who is the owner of Thornfield. At the day of their marriage we find
out that Mr. Rochester is already married to a woman who has gone mad. Jane leaves
Mr. Rochester for this reason. Eventually Jane comes back to see Mr. Rochester only to
find out that he lost his vision and hand in a fire. Jane meets up with Mr. Rochester and
they end up getting married again.
I think the crucial part of the book that leads to the development of the plot was when Jane was beaten and abused when she was young. This made Jane a stronger and forceful person. Another thing that contributed to the plot was when Jane attended Lowood. At Lowood Jane learned how to deal with her problems and make friends. At Thornfield Jane shows many attributes of herself that support the plot. Jane shows love, caring, affection, bravery, and intelligence. For example, Jane shows her bravery when she puts out the fire in Mr. Rochester's room and saves him. Another aspect of the plot was when Jane leaves Thornfield and moves to Morton. By doing this Jane leaves all of her troubles and past behind. When Jane returns to Thornfield she finds out that Mr. Rochester lost his vision and one hand in a deadly fire. This adds to the plot because you feel sympathetic to Mr. Rochester.
Charlotte Bronte has a very unique style of writing. Charlotte's writing is a combination of symbolism, metaphors and similes. For example at the beginning of the book Jane compares Rev. Broklehurst to a &quo
