Particaipant¡¦s summary
Having a fairly stressful job and having the problem with having high blood pressure I think that it is very important to have the time to go out in the fresh air and exercise at least 3 times a week.
Subject five knows that smoking is bad for his health and clearly wishes to quit, and who knows maybe in the near future he may get to do exactly that.
But what is Physical Activity? This can be easily defined into two simple types;

Subject two is now a full time chain smoker, who tries often to give up only to fail with his siblings who don¡¦t help in any way, with their dirty habits being worse than his.
This individual is still fairly young only in the 20-25 year old range and is currently single.
Having the support from his wife and friends, he now knows that Physical activity even at the lowest form can be very helpful to him. In these programs subject one is involved in, he believes that the potential benefits that are gained from each of the three activities are overall positive.

Regular physical activity¡K¡K. For example subject three has lower back problems and plays golf and has simple walks, and these activities that he is involved in are perfect matches to the criteria of the health related type of physical activity.
So according to subject six ¡§physical activity is a means of getting the body into shape both in mind and body, I personally believe that the more you put in the more you get out of¡¨. )
the type of program that subject one is involved in is pracitcally regular and individually based on his own time so it is individual. What has been found as well as that is that all of the six individuals have some sort of belief that physical activity is good for you and is need as it is an important part of daily life.
He completed his secondary studies up in Cairns, where he was involved with many physical activities such as Rugby Union, visiting the Gym daily, and even being involved with the local surf life-saving club out at one of the local beaches.
