Particaipant¡¦s summary

Regular physical activity¡K¡K. For example subject three has lower back problems and plays golf and has simple walks, and these activities that he is involved in are perfect matches to the criteria of the health related type of physical activity.

So according to subject six ¡§physical activity is a means of getting the body into shape both in mind and body, I personally believe that the more you put in the more you get out of¡¨. )

the type of program that subject one is involved in is pracitcally regular and individually based on his own time so it is individual. What has been found as well as that is that all of the six individuals have some sort of belief that physical activity is good for you and is need as it is an important part of daily life.

He completed his secondary studies up in Cairns, where he was involved with many physical activities such as Rugby Union, visiting the Gym daily, and even being involved with the local surf life-saving club out at one of the local beaches.
