However, sometimes you just have to make time to go outside, watch the stars, and free yourself from the negative aspects of reality and focus on the good. d play stations are not bad, but it is good for kids to get outside and play sometimes, so they have the chance to grow on their own and discover their own likes, without the assistance of stereotypes television may present. One may view this privacy as lonesomeness, but I view it as a chance to grow closer to your family, thus, instilling deeper family values.

Many people are not ever given the opportunity to lie outside, look up at the stars in a sky that goes on and on forever, and drift into a dream world.

Living in the country, I have grown up appreciating my surroundings and the natural beauties they possess. My country-like nature is something that will remain with me forever. When I have the chance to gape up at the stars, I separate myself from the tiresome worries of the day, and focus on the future, what it has to offer, and how I can make the absolute most of it.

Living in the country allows for more personal privacy than city life can, because your closest neighbor may live a mile away, as opposed to a city neighbor who can hear if a fight is occurring in your house. Some students at Rice University may have never had the same opportunities as me, but I will be able to spread my love for the country with them to broaden their horizons on life outside of the city-limits. The privacy at home also permits you to appreciate the company of others when you see them-not because you are yearning for their company, but it is just a change of pace. Only the country night sky, free from man-made disturbances, can allow the occasion to gaze up into stars, become completely absorbed in a fantasyland, and ignore all reality circling around you. Being home for the day with only your family, you end up growing closer. In return, they will show me what life is like inside the limits. In a busy, ever-changing world, most do not have the time to sit back, relax, and just think about the things they want to and ignore their problems for a bit.
