As we saw in the movie, Jefferson Smith by met by strong opposition from the Senate and from even his own state and while in the movie we saw a good ending we are not guaranteed that when we fight for our own ideals. In the case of Jefferson Smith in “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” fought for his ideals by proposing his new bill for the boy’s camp and by refusing to give in to the other Senators and the conglomerates that controlled government in his state when they tried to expel him from the Senate. Don’t, however expect a good result from voicing your ideals. Fighting for your ideals can be done no matter what position you are in, although the way you fight for them can vary depending on your position. ”

Fighting for your own ideals as a Christian is very in trying to leading our country back to God.
