Most of all, it teaches everyone how to deal with problem team members and resolve conflicts without management intervention. An effective HR strategy can help further foals of the business. The company considers that we are all competent adults ready to do work that we've been hired for. It promotes innovation and creativity and helps everyone understand the basics of human behavior and motivation. The word "micromanagement" is a taboo and managers avoid it by all means. It also made me realize how lucky I am having team-based management available in my company. Therefore, a company has to try to meet all employees' needs to guarantee it's future growth and success. Luckily, many companies now understand that HR strategic planning is very important to corporate future success. In today's competitive market, company's success is defined by its ability to attract and keep talented, experienced and productive employees. Strategic HR planning requires commitment to future needs. In order to foster a positive working environment, many companies have implemented team-based management style.
