It's 2139 and Charles Stimatra, head of the ITEDRC (International Time Exploration and Defense Research Company), has figured out a formula and machine enabling one person at one time to be transported to another time.

The glitch he has been working on is that the person can only estimate where he will be when he is transported. The closest they can guess is three kilometers within the configured destination. Seven out of twenty three men have been lost or killed for various reasons. One ended up inside a rock, another 300 feet in the air and the last got stuck in another person causing a time malfunction and creating an explosive object. The others whereabouts are unknown.

The future is a whole different matter. Since the future can always be changed, sending someone to the future could change the past.

Charles and his associates are not the only ones experimenting in time travel. He, and people like him, are called hackers, the reason there are Time Police. Time Police devote their lives to protecting the past. For example, if someone went back and killed Hitler, it could change everything. The Time Police stop these people from doing so.

Hackers can easily kill people from the past because they use modern weapons, while the people they are robbing have to reload after every shot.

Rolling out from behind the tree I pull out my pistol and fire three rounds into his back. The flapping of wings!?!?

I get confirmation and am about to stop another hacker when all of a sudden a hacker ends up in front of the Control Panel and types 2,000,000 B. The hacker pulls out a pair of Uzi's from his trench coat and I know that's my cue. So how am I telling you this? Another Time Police officer gave his life by going back to when the hacker got in the control room and stood were the hacker would have come in causing the hacker to appear inside of him and causing an explosive object like I told you about before.

I hear a rustling in the bushes to my right then my left.

Now I said I was Carl and that I died. At that time it occurs to me that I'm in the Jurassic period and I'm being attacked by a Pterodactyl. Immediately after, I have another mission.
