Lifestyle

My lifestyle and that of my parents are different. Each of these have some advantages ans disadvantages. However, if both are wieghed against each other then my parents' way of life scores more as far as the satisfaction of future generations is considered.
Firstly, there is a big difference in the way my parents start their day and the way I do. They get up early in the morning and start doing their work. They finish it early and go to bed to get up early the next day. This is very much in accordance with the way nature has created human beings. This helps them stay healthy. Even at this age, they are less succeptible to diseases and other bodily problems. Whereas, I am a night worker, I get up late and sleep late. This has changed my natural body cycle. I fear if this continues, it will cause some permanent changes to my body. It is proved by the fact that I easily get cold whenever there is a weather change unlike my parents.
Secondly, due to their habits of eating healty fresh food, their minds are as sharp as todays younger generations. They have very strong teeth, eyesight and good stamina. In contrast, I tend to eat junk food, most of the time. The fatty food can lead me to become obess and gain weight. This, in turn can give rise to several other problems from blood
             pressure to abnormal heart functioning.
If future genenrations have to grow healthy, mentally sharp, then there is no ther option but to follow good habits of living which are in-sync with the nature. In conclusion, observing a few basic rules, as my parents- the time when you work, when and what you eat, drink, would be more satisfying to future generations.
