Even young kids can watch shows like "Sesame Street" and "Barnie" that allow the kids to become ready for school. Television can be used as a tool to broadcast important messages that need to be known. The President uses television as one of his messengers. Television can be used as propaganda, or for commercial purposes.

Television's job is to make a person feel like he is right there listening to the teacher. This can have a great effect on the way people react to what they are being told.
