Been a Business Manager it is essential to demonstrate quality leadership, a leader should always display a good character, he needs to be at all times professional, accountable, reliable and approachable. Through efficient training during my time at The University of Phoenix I believe I can obtain these qualities. There are leadership training and conferences available, which I will utilize; these will equip me with new and unique tools to apply myself throughout my profession. At this stage of my life I have a strong desire to enhance these areas, for me to be successful these accomplishments must be fulfilled.

This degree will enhance my communication skills to be able to better interact professionally with my co-workers. Therefore, having the qualifications will be qualified me to earn more. Therefore when I achieve these organization skills I’ll be a more productive person. There are certain formats that needs to be follow, As a result, this one area especially needs to be developed. At church I participate in numerous activities, such as the Sunday School department as well as the Youth Department, within these areas there are weekly schedule meetings that are organized by the Youth President and Sunday Superintendent, due to my improper organization skills I at times neglect these schedule meetings which disable my capacity to be an effective leader in these areas.

In the financial Industry Business opportunities can be won or loss, through effective networking with clients and caner parts I can build a profile to use for futures references. It becomes difficult at times to organize my workload, for example how should I prioritize each assignment that has a dead line? When is the best time to make follow-up calls? Also, which is the appropriate time to send notification for conference call? Lastly responding to e-mails? As a result, my days are sometimes stressful; which if I’m not careful can reflect on my relationships with my associates at work as well as my personal relationship outside the work place, for example home and church.

Another goal I intend to achieve while pursuing my degree is to master organization skills as in most businesses it is necessary to establish a structural framework. Therefore this will eliminate procrastination. During interactions with my teammates, I can learn to develop my presentation skill. Therefore, at the completion of this degree, in my next position I will be able to apply the knowledge I have earn as well as the experience I have. I will also be able to branch off into different areas. There are times when I’m required to present a document such as a letter to our clients, this document have to be clear and sensible, and comprehensible, given to the readers.
