Before achieving this, she had made a lot of effort in making connections with other European countries, with the help of her children. Because of her donations, there was a ten percent decrease of poverty in Britain. This was something most of the other monarchs were not capable of achieving. Besides that, she possessed many excellent qualities. Throughout these times, she has shown great leadership by inspiring the government on many situations. Eventually, Britain doubled in size, ruling an empire that included countries in every continent; and over a quarter of the human race lived under the British flag. At that same time, she also had donated money to the poor, which helped them out of economic depressions. As a result, Britain succeeded in avoiding any conflicts with the exception of only three. Queen Victoria has proven to be the best monarch and character of all times. ading partners that Victoria has made. Then, because of this, Britain started to grow economically, which made the British Empire very strong. Later on, Queen Victoria was related to the royal houses of Germany, Russia, Greece, Rumania, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Belgium.
