My Frog

             After spending a Friday afternoon and Saturday morning in a hotel
             with no forms of entertainment what so ever I got to get out. I was spending
             the weekend in Jacksonville for a dining out with my dad's army unit. My
             parent's decided that we would go to an outdoor shopping mall for the
             afternoon since my dad had some time off. It was called the Jacksonville
             Landing and was right in the middle of downtown Jacksonville.
             The first thing we saw when we got there was a huge toy store. Being
             the animal freak I am, I saw these two frogs sitting in a tank of water that
             read "Hi our names are Joey ad Cloey and yes, we are real. Inquire with a
             sales associate." So of course I asked what they were and why they were in
             water. The man at the counter told me that they were African Aquatic
             Clawed Frog's and live under water. Of course, being a salesman he tried to
             sell us a Grow-a-Frog kit, telling us how easy it is to clean the tank once a
             week and feed them some pellets once a day. I begged my parent's again and
             again all that day saying how cool it would be to have a pet frog, and that I
             would pay for it, clean its tank, feed it, and whatever I thought I should say
             to persuade them to let me buy it. Finally, before we left they let me go
             back into the toy store and buy my own Grow-a-Frog kit!
             When we got back to the hotel I ran up to the hotel room and pulled
             everything out of the box in such a hurry to see what I got. Inside the box
             was a little clear box, some tadpole food that looked like sand, gravel, and a
             green instruction booklet. I sat down with the little green booklet and began
             to read about how and when my tadpole would arrive, setting up for the
             tadpole, it's habitat, facts about it, and different products that would
             enhance my "relationship" with the frog. I think I read that little book 100
