             · Power – Obtained through hard work and determination, it is a key to success. We will master all we work at this year. With focus on fundamentals all players should improve individually and as a team member.
             · Pride – Both on an individual and team basis must be maintained in order to instill a team spirit within us all. We win and lose as a team, and are held responsible for team's actions. We do not crow over wins, we do not cry over losses. Good sportsmanship and a great attitude instill pride within a program.
             · Respect – It's a necessary two way street. Players should maintain the level of respect they receive from their teammates and me. There is no compromise for lack of respect.
             First let it be known, that while I am obligated and required to follow through with the district's eligibility policy, I do not agree with its standards. I feel that Athletics is a privilege, and that athletes should go above and beyond both on the court and in the classroom. Every player is expected to maintain their responsibilities to their academics first and their sport second. Having been in their position just years ago, I know first hand that it is achievable and not beyond anyone's ability to maintain an average set of grades. I have spoke with all the district teaching staff, many of which were my teachers, and all are more than willing to help...
