In America today, entertainment doesn't anymore just happen, like a common board game or anything of that nature. But instead, entertainment has moved to an element called the television. There are many negative effects that happen when something such as a television is brought into a family as new entertainment. Families start to not communicate or interact as much before, things begin to be done around the schedule of television, and lastly, probably the most important problem is the fact of nonverbal conversations which can begin arguments and other things.
