In America today, entertainment doesn't anymore just happen, like a common board game or anything of that nature. But instead, entertainment has moved to an element called the television. In both articles, one written by Delores Curran, "What Good Families Are Doing Right", and he other by Linda Ellerbee " Television Changed my Family Forever", each shows us, the reader, many great examples of how television can have a negative effect upon the family.
