When I read the story, I felt like I was looking at a picture which is very well done work. Why would she spend the night with the stranger and after coming back to her village, why does she miss the man? I just thought that story might be the story of her dream. However, she misses the man and wishes to meet him again. His work called “Humming Birds and Orchids. After all, she came back to her town. I could hear the water, almost at our feet where the narrow fast channel bubbled and washed green ragged moss and fern leaves.

Moreover, reading this story made me wonder the woman’s state of mind. “The small brown water birds came to the river and hopped across the mud, leaving brown scratches in the alkali-white crust. Waking up from her dream, she misses the man appeared in her dream. ” I think it is always good to see the connection between two literary works.
