Why is it easier today for a person to believe that evil ex

Apparently, it is easier to see evil inside people's heart because there are so many different ways to be evil, such as their selfishness, their ambition, and their dishonest. However, people's evil is always being discovered by others so that they can see goodness no more. As a fact, evil now exists as a real force in the world than the power of goodness. In Macbeth, written by William Shakespeare, there are three main characters: the witches, Lady Macbeth, and Macbeth, rule or being ruled by the evil power so that their power of goodness is unable to fight against it. Firstly, the witches are the "instruments of darkness"(I, iii, 133), as Banquo describes. They are powerful in the form of evil. "Fair is foul, and foul is fair, Hover through the fog and filthy air." (I, i, 11-12) The quote shows that they could predict Macbeth's future since they had deeply knew that Macbeth is a person who looks good, but he is actually evil. Also, the witches are good at tricks. As Banquo explains,"And oftentimes, to win us to our harm, The instruments of darkness tell us truths, Win us with honest trifles, to betray us The quote delicates that the witches know the way to gain the trust

"(1, vii, 53-56)In this quote, Lady Macbeth definitely knows that what she says is hurting her husband's feeling. It's a shame for a man that his woman says that he is not a man at all. They leave the draggers on the hand of the guards. Moreover, they control Macbeth in an evil way,"Whose horrid image doth unfix my hairAnd make my seated heart knock at my ribs,Against the use of nature? Present fearsAre less than horrible imaginings:My thought, whose murder yet is but fantastical,Shakes so my single state of man that functionIs smother'd in surmise; and nothing is But what is not. At the beginning, she believes in what predictions the witches make,"Greater than both, by the all hail hereafter!Thy letter have transported me beyondThis ignorant present, and I feel nowThe future in the instant. First, Lady Macbeth persuades to kill Duncan, and she helps Macbeth to plan the murder. She tries to kill Duncan, but she claims that Duncan looks like her father. In conclusion, due to these character, Macbeth, Lady Macbeth and the witches, it makes us to believe that evil now exists as a real force in the world than the power of goodness. When the people find that Duncan is died, he first kills the guards so that they can't say anything, and they all think that the guards kill the king. 'Would they had stay'd!" (1, iii, 84-85) the witches are free to disappear from the air, because they carry the air. After he comes to be the king, he is afraid of Banquo will reveal that he is the person who kills the king in someday, and he has a dream that Banquo's son will be the king in the future, so he asks the murderer to kill Banquo and Banquo's son. He kills Banquo because of his selfishness, even though Banquo is his friend. Same as Lady Macbeth, Macbeth believe in what the witches says by reading his letter to Lady Macbeth,"This have I thought good to deliver thee, my dearest partner of greatness;that thou mightest not lose the dues of rejoicing, by being ignorant of what greatness is promised thee. Last but not least, she is being a partner of the plan of killing the king.
