Paper Proposal: I will briefly examine the different branches of law used to indict and convict Nazis of "crimes against humanity" at the Nuremberg trials, and its impact of the development of International Human Rights Law. Also, I propose to look at Syllabus: Count four of the four charges against the accused was for "crimes against humanity" and applied to defendants responsible for the death camps, concentration camps, and the killing rampages in the East.
