Water purification system.

             The water purification plant company that I am working for has shipped water purification plants which have included deficient parts to a customer in a developing country. My company colleagues and supervisors falsified the test records of the plants so that the customer couldn't detect the deficient of their product. The customer needs the plant as soon as possible. Therefore, if the company delays in delivery of the plants, the customer's country will have severe water shortage problem. As a result, there will be serious a legal consequences to our company and people who were involved in and I might lose my job. If I just stand back and do nothing about this issue, the deficient water plant will produce unpurified water. Consequently, the people of developing country who drink that water could be in illness and even death.
             In terms of identifying moral reasons and values, the both parties are involved closely with our company and civilians of developing country. I need to analyze my colleagues and supervisors by starting to look at their intention why they tried to sell the deficient water plants to developing country. Why they didn't sell it to developed country such as England, Sweden or Japan? They probably thought that technology of developing country is very weak; therefore; even if our company falsified the test record, the scientists of developing country would be difficult to prove their hidden records. Thus, their intention and action violated many of code of ethics. First of all, they violated "Be honesty and trustworthy". They didn't mention about their deficient parts in the water purification plants when they made contract. To make it matter worse, they even falsified the test records so that the water purification plant seems to be in perfect condition.
