The Roman Catholic Church and Birth Control
There are many traditions that exist in our society that are fun and games and others that reveal and define certain cultures and religions. These traditions are made up of beliefs and customs. Many of these beliefs and customs were started for particular reasons but now have lost their usefulness and have become outdated. The Roman Catholic beliefs against contraception's is a tradition that has become obsolete. Due to the fact most Roman Catholics don't practice the belief, and the world's population is at a high contraception's are out-dated and are actually a good thing. The Catholic belief is that artificial contraception such as condoms or ortho-tricyclene is wrong is founded on the basis of several reasons. " If this was a poison, than why aren't women dropping left and right? Why are there very few, if any, side affects for taking birth control?
