How Did Anne Franks Life Change Throughout The Story?
How would you feel if your life turned upside down, due to being forced to leave your home, ripped apart from your family, and mandated to live in a concentration camp. But sixty-two years ago, teenagers in Europe had to face this dilemma. One teenage in particular is Anne Frank becuase she is known around the world for her famous novel, The Diary Of Anne Frank . The bulk of Anne's diary was written while she and her family were forced to go into hiding because the Nazis were persecuting and killing many Europeans simply because they were Jewish. Of what little food and clothing Anne had it was infested with bugs like lice and maggots. Hiding in the Annexe was bearable even though it had it's hardships. Anne also engaged in normal teenage activities, when she went to the ice cream parlor, rode her bike and went to the movies. Not only did Anne get separated from her father, but now her and Margot were separated from their mother because they had scabies. When Anne and Peter became boyfriend and girlfriend and Anne received her first kiss living in the Annexe was more bearable becuase of this relationship. Anne Franks short life had many drastic turns, from living a normal teenage life, to a secluded but yet bearable life, to a brutal life which no one even dares to imagine. Anne's hair was cut, she was stripped from her clothes and branded. When Anne was forced to be put in a concentration camp, is when her life became horrific. of twelve to fifteen due to the Holocaust in Europe. At the age of twelve Anne Frank was living a happy and normal life in Holland. But Anne Frank will always be remembered becuase of what she went through and because of her novel, The Diary of Anne Frank. Like any regular twelve year old girl, she went shopping with her friends and spent the night at their houses. Anne and her father whom was her best friend were separated into different camps, never to see each other again.
