In the quote, "to where it bent in undergrowth", which means that the two choices were hard to see where they lead instead of the literal meaning of low growing plants. The higher paid job could be the road traveled by people, other road could be the road that the speaker took. It also has a theme of individualism, and it uses nature as imagery. Throughout the poem the speaker is faced with two choices and they could be many things. The houses would be the same size and equal in most ways. Many people will cherish this poem. These are only some of the many choices the speaker might of made in his travel. One of them could be closer to the speaker's kid's school and the other next to his work. The speaker says that two roads look just as good, but the one his chose was a little less worn down and less traveled, and being an individual made all the difference. A different choice could be whatever to move or the stay at the same house. There are many choices the speaker in "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost could be about.
