WHO AM I?
My name is Marielle and I am 16 years old. I was born on July 12, 1988 in Brooklyn, New York. My parents are from Trinidad & Tobago. We lived in Brooklyn for about 1 year and then we moved to Queens, where we still live today. I am an only child and therefore I am spoiled to a certain extent. As a child, I have always been taught to do well in school and to grow up and be somebody. With these words in my mind, I have been a great student for 10 years. I graduated as the valedictorian of my elementary high school. Then I went on to junior high school and graduated as the valedictorian there, also. When asked what I wanted to be when I grow up, I would always say a teacher. My family and teachers would all tell me that I had greater potential and could be something better than a teacher. Eventually, I decided that they were right and now I would like to be a doctor. I used to want to be a pediatrician, but I have changed my mind and now I would like to be a gynecologist. I made that decision because as a female, I would prefer to go to a woman doctor for personal matters and I know that there are many women that feel the same way. In order to become a doctor, I need to first finish high school with a decent
I LOVE CLOTHES!!! When I buy an outfit, I have to buy shoes, a bag, and jewelry to match that outfit. Whenever I have a problem, I can talk to her. This is me!! I am proud of myself and of who I am. I even have a job that I maintain along with school. On Fridays and Saturdays, I work from 3pm until 12am, which is the time that we close. I would like to have 3 children total. However, I do know how to spend responsibly. These are not the $25 dolls that you see in Toys'r'us, but the dolls over $75 that are the collectibles. As for religion, I mainly believe that there is one and only one God whom I pray to and confide in. In my life, I do plan on finding the right guy to get married to and I do want children. That is why I need to be a doctor, so I can be able to buy whatever I want when I get older. The fun part of the job is that I get all the McDonald Happy Meal toys. I am literally addicted to shopping. I work at the McDonalds on the corner of Springfield and Horace Harding Expressway.
