I believe that this theory had some good points.
Reaction formation was one of the most important. Because it means that something is desired and envied but unattainable. This psychological defense is used to migrate the guilt that whites occasionally experience for their impulse to non-whites.

According to Welsing the Color-Confrontation Theory recognize racism as one of the dominating forces determining character development, personality and formation type. She also states that if hate and lack of respect are manifested towards others, hate and lack of respect are felt most often at deeper levels towards the self (Welsing, 1991). So in order to get color they burn their skin in order to add color.
Welsing based her theory off of the Textbook for Victims of White Supremacy by Neeley Fuller written in 1969. books The Cress Theory of Color Confrontation and Racism (white supremacy) and Also the Isis Papers. In this theory she explains the origin of racism.
White people also disgraced sex because they viewed it as reproducing one’s own image, which they did not want to do.
