Pledge of Alliegence Unconstitutional?

             Is the Pledge of Allegiance unconstitutional? That is a big subject in which they had to take to court to get a final decision. The reason the pledge is questioned to be unconstitutional is because of the statement "Under God". "Under God" is bold and very religiously associated phrase commonly used with the Christian religion. The original writer of the Pledge of Allegiance originally wrote "one nation, indivisible..." without religiously referring to God. I believe in God and my religion is Christianity, however I do in fact believe that the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional. George W. Bush argues the pledge of allegiance lets people know that our rights were derived from God. Religiously minded I agree with this, on the contrary America is suppose to allow religious freedom and putting God in the pledge is making it seem like only religions that believe in God are correct. Also, as I stated earlier "Under God" was not originally in the pledge and that's because its was inspired. President Eisenhower heard a church sermon and shortly afterwards "Under God" was added. Again, religiously minded I think that is a great place to get inspiration, but a person that doesn't believe in God should not have to say his name everyday in America. Imagine if Eisenhower was Muslim; then we would be saying "Under Allah" and that would have sparked big controversy. The Pledge of Allegiance is big part of the United States and some would argue that it has too much history to change. I would strongly disagree because, overtime time things need to change to keep up with what is going on in the world. There are so many religions that making every person say "Under God" is a total slap of disrespect. In conclusion, I personally believe in God but the same country that allows me to do so, is suppose to allow others religious freedom and
