It has been said that, "one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter." It is all about the side you are on and the perspective you like to take. Depending on whom these militias are fighting and how they relate to your cause, you will either call them a terrorist or a freedom fighter.
             President Bush said that this is America's "New War" but like it was stated in the essay; there is no difference in this war from many wars that occurred prior, even wars in which the United States participated. For example, before the Persian Gulf War occurred and before Saddam Hussein began his invasion of Kuwait and the many other neighboring countries of Iraq, this so called, "mad man", was once a proxy fighter for the United States. He was trained and employed by the CIA that is a key agency that protects the national security of the world. He was trained as an agent who gathered information for the CIA but no he has turned around and became a treat to the safety of national security.
             A similar story can be told about the world's most wanted man now. Osama Bin Ladin is also a former CIA oppressive that was trained by the United States. Look at the monsters the United States have created. He attacks and kills innocent people. This man has single handedly created a terrorist group that strikes fear into the hearts of many Americans and people who live in the West. This monster is the mastermind behind the September 11th, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon that killed over 7000 innocent lives, many of who were Americans. This horrendous act created a huge awareness of the threat of terrorism.
