College

know that everyday will be a new and challenging learning experience, and I will work

hard everyday to meet and overcome the challenges. Luckily, Georgia College & State University has an excellent program in Education. I believe one of my greatest strengths is the will to

address my weaknesses and strive to overcome them. I

believe that my determination, strengths and experiences have helped create the person I

am today and will play a part in making me the person I will be in the near future. Working in soup kitchens and

homeless shelters, I have cultivated the importance of obtaining a good education and

working hard.

During the season, I experience victories and defeats. Another way of building character is from my

experiences through various community service projects. Over the summer, the experience I gained from teaching in Vacation

Bible School led me to conclude that Early Childhood Education is a career that interests

me. Along with determination comes attitude and focus.

As in cheerleading, strength comes from continuously working to improve upon

ourselves and doing a better job. College might become overwhelming and frustrating, but

with focus and a will to learn, the educational process can be an enjoyable experience. Additionally, I experienced how exceptional it feels to reach out and help

someone in need. I accept

constrictive criticism as a gift and find ways to use this to my advantage. I have a very

warm-hearted and fun-loving attitude toward life and new experiences.
