Evolution is the complex process by which living organisms originated on earth and have been changed and modified through changes in form and function. The earliest known fossil organisms are single-celled forms that are kind of similar to modern bacteria, which date back from about 3.4 billion years ago. Evolution has resulted in new types of organisms, many of which have become extinct, but some that have developed into the normal everyday plants and animals of the world today. Webster's Dictionary defines evolution as a process in which something changes into a significantly different, especially more complex or more sophisticated, form.
My partner and I agree one hundred percent with evolution simply because it's the simplest and most fact based theory. No other theories come close to showing how the Earth was created. Such myths
as the Bible and the Big Bang theory are inadequate in showing proof and facts because
they just come down from generation as stories written in a book. Evolution is the only
source that has actual proof from fossils and artifacts from early man, and can explain
most questions about where we came from.
A successful explanation of evolution was thought up by Charles Darwin. His most
famous book, On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, is a landmark in
human understanding of nature. Darwin observed that while offspring inherit a
resemblance to their parents, they are not identical to them. He then wrote that some of
the differences between offspring and parents were not due solely to the environment but
were themselves often inheritable. Darwin reasoned that, in nature, individuals with
qualities that made them better adjusted to their environments or gave them higher
reproductive capabilities would tend to leave more offspring. Therefore, according to
Darwin's theory, evolution proceeds by the natural selection of well-adapted individuals
