Supportive working condition æ employees also seek for a good condition of working environment for both comfort and facilitating, so that they can work their best under a good environmental condition. Lastly, supportive colleagues æ a majority of employees need social interaction. Making good friends with colleagues can lead to a job satisfaction. The behavior of the boss is also a main cause of it. If the boss can get along well with the employees, the employees will be more eager to finish their job well.
