Comparing the three major World Religions In all religions there are similarities and differences. Within Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, Jesus is a relevant figure- although not looked upon in the same way. Also Women play different roles in the three societies. In some cases they are respected and in others they are not. The books that the religions use are also different in many ways, but in some they hold the same values. All are factors in the relevance of one religion to another. In Judaism Jesus is not the Christ child, but rather a prophet who was sent to spread the word of a coming messiah. Jews feel strongly that Jesus was not a part of God or in other words his son. This is the main difference between Christianity and Judaism. Jews also feel that the woman is an important part of their lives as well as the man. From beginning to end,
The Bible comes in many forms: NKJ, NIV, KJV, etc. Female opinion is regarded equally and importance to the church is the same. Their opinions are that of their husband's and father's. The book of the Muslims is the Que'ran. The most clear of these three represented is the place of women and relevance of Jesus Christ. Jesus' existence is the single strongest belief in this religions. Many females are nuns, which are dedicated women to God who in a sense "marry Christ" and devote their lives to him. It also holds the Ten Commandments and Lord's Prayer. The Que'ran holds the Psalms and several basic parts of the Bible, while introducing the teachings of Muhammad and holy prayers. In adulthood little changes except for primary representation in the church. He is seen to be the last prophet and most respected before the coming of Christ. Most of the New Testament is looked down upon as it claims Jesus to be the Son of God. They are to cover themselves- concealing any flesh except that near the eyes and sometimes hands. Christians believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the one true way to heaven.
