Cinderella
After watching the movie and reading the different stories of Cinderella I saw differences, similarities, and many different themes each writer expressed. Each writer expressed the same theme in a different way. What I remember of Cinderella before even reading the stories or watching the movie, that there was always a little magic in the story. I am going to look at all the differences and similarities in all the themes. First in the sister and brother section in our book we read the story of Cinderella, which I thought was the story that everyone, was familiar with. At least I was, and it was what I remembered Cindere
The first story we read on page 202 relates best with everyone's knowledge of Cinderella. page 279-281Movie - "Ever After". The third story we read was a poem about Cinderella. Upper Saddle River: Prentice Hall, 2001. Then it demonstrated many different themes throughout everyone's life and how today's people and their actions coincided with the story of Cinderella. It also shows a lot of similarities with the movie "Ever After". We saw in this story how all the different themes throughout the story represented some sort of meaning. Which is never really judge someone from the way they look. After reading all the stories and watching the movie I believe the movie is best one. Upper Saddle River: Prentice Hall, 2001.
