Madison Needs to Go

As a foreign policy expert, I am strongly against James Madison's own foreign policies. (For those of you who are not sure who James Madison is, he is who succeeded Thomas Jefferson) I can't conceive of four more years with him and his policies, half of which led us (the U. S) into the war of 1812. Sure people make a few mistakes in their lives, however these days not many individuals are capable of starting up a whole war. Although Madison seeks out good intensions and portrayed great efforts for peace, he was unsuccessful. We have already dealt with them for the past 2 terms (eight years!) The president cares much more, and is spending much more time with his wife, Dolley, He claims that he likes the "social whirl" but he just doesn't seem to care enough about his country, now is that the kind of gentleman you are going to vote for in the upcoming election? The war of 1812 consisted of three major aspects. However, without James Madison's careless mistakes, this "stupid war"-Mr. There is no way we can stand for such drastic "mistakes" again. The issue of freedom of seas was brought up in Madison's "War message to congress" yet it backfired, and cause much more controversy. His foreign policy had failed miserably. The American invasion of Canada which was mainly Madison's idea, then the burning of Washington as a retaliation to the invasion of Canada and lastly Fort McHenry of Baltimore. It seemed that the more Madison tried to use diplomatic negotiations to protect American shipping, the more the American spirit of war continued to grow.
