Abuse

Abuse means any willful act that result in any physical, mental, or sexual injury that causes or is likely to cause the child's physical, mental, or emotional health to be significantly impaired. Corporal discipline of a child by a parent or guardian for discipline purposes does not in itself constitute abuse when it does not result in harm to the child (s. 415.503).Neglect means a caregiver's failure or omission to provide a child with the care, supervision, and services necessary to maintain the child's physical and mental health, including but not limited to, food, nutrition, clothing, shelter, supervision

Remembering some of the incidents between Sam and me, I find great difficulty in listening and dealing with your ranting and raving about how you are not treated as a mother. However, it's really a commandment for parents. It calls parents to lead by example. During my adolescence you failed to maintain a positive emotional tone in the home through parental warmth and affection for me. Although you were not the best parent, you were not the worst either. Neglect of a child may be based on repeated conduct or on a single incident or omission that results in, or could reasonably be expected to result in, serious physical, mental injury, or a substantial risk of death, to a child. How we treat our children is also how our children will treat us. Nevertheless, you must accept that you are no authority on issues of morality or integrity as a result of my adolescence. You failed to provide attention to me to increase positive behavior (conversely ignoring, removing, or withholding parent attention to decrease the frequency or intensity of undesirable behaviors). , medicine, and medical services that a prudent person would consider essential for the well-being of the child or failure to make a reasonable effort to protect a child from abuse, neglect, or exploitation by another person. You failed to respond consistently to similar behavioral situations to promote more harmonious parent-child relationships and more positive child outcomes. You failed in your responsibility to provide a home free from abuse and neglect. In the twelfth chapter of the Book of Exodus, we find the commandant which compels us to honor our parents. You failed in your responsibilities to become aware of and interested in my school and other activities (you attended less than 50% of curricular and extracurricular activities).
