Music Censorship
Eventually it was discovered that God did not all want us to be the same. This was bad news for the governments of the world...Mankind must be made more uniformly if THE FUTURE was going to work out... It was about this time that someone came up with the idea of TOTAL CRIMINALIZATION, based on the principle that if we were ALL crooks we could at least be uniform to some degree in the eyes of the law. Shrewdly our legislators calculated that most people were too lazy to perform REAL CRIME. There have been many different arguments on the topic, however the question still remains if it should be censored or not. abridging the freedom of speech or of the press. This is a violation of the First Amendment which says: "Congress shall make no law. In conclusion, censorship in music is wrong in my opinion. Others believe it should not be censored and musical artists should be able to sing, speak, rap, or rhyme freely without anyone censoring them. They believe that since someone they look up to uses those words they should too. Artists should be allowed to say whatever they want. Due to the First Amendment I do not think there will ever be an answer to the question whether or not music should be censored. The government is doing all they legally can to protect the children's' young ears from the foul language that is out there. " The First amendment guarantees the right to freedom of speech. That I what this country is based upon: freedom. Eventually everyone will be exposed to language they do not find acceptable.
