             The demands of life have made people busier than ever, making the
             frequenting of fast food restaurants a necessity. Choosing between fast food
             restaurants can be a daunting task, even when choosing between different locations of the
             same food chain. The Taco Bell in Apopka is substandard in many areas when compared
             to the Taco Bell in Altamonte Springs. Factors such as service, cleanliness, and
             convenience can be considered when judging the most desirable restaurant location.
             Service in a restaurant can set it apart from other dining establishments. The Apopka branch of Taco Bell has poor customer service. The staff is typically high school
             students with a general disrespect for patrons. This store generally does not have enough registers open to handle an influx of customers and the registers that are open do not have properly trained personnel. The lack of training causes delays while waiting for a manager to correct the frequent errors. When a special order is placed the heavy sighs and eye rolling is a clear indication that they feel inconvenienced. The Altamonte branch has much better customer service. The staff is primarily retirees who are genuinely glad to be out in the work place. The number of open registers is congruent with the demand so the waits are not excessive. The level of training is evident by the absence of mistakes requiring management's assistance thus keeping the lines flowing smoothly. Special orders are taken with a smile giving the customer a feeling of satisfaction.
             The cleanliness of all restaurants is a paramount concern for most people. The Apopka branch of Taco Bell leaves much to be desired in this area.
