The tables are not wiped down after each use, causing patrons to search for a clean place to eat. Many cars, especially vans and SUVs, must reverse and pull forward again. The bathrooms have a look and smell reminiscent of a truck stop. The number of open registers is congruent with the demand so the waits are not excessive. Exiting the parking lot is equally as challenging as entering it. Spending time to evaluate different restaurants, even in the same food chain, can make for a more rewarding dining experience. The parking lot was designed with more than sufficient capacity and with larger than standard parking spaces. The poor layout also includes a hairpin turn in order to enter the drive-thru. The parking lot is also very small making maneuvering difficult. The cleanliness of all restaurants is a paramount concern for most people. The lack of a driveway causes drivers to have to enter the highway in the fast lane because they are unable to make a sharp enough cut to get into the slow lane on a right hand turn.
