Leadership
A leadership is someone that does different things and other people are following you. For example, if you start to talk about people behind their backs, other friends follow your example because they think that you are cool, so they want to be cool too. Another example is that if you are nice to everybody, people see that in you, and they think that it is good to be a good person, so they try to be someone like you. Sometimes they don't show it that they follow your example, you just have to notice that yourself.I chose to write about leadership at home, at school and with friends because I felt that I was a positive influence on all three. During arguments with my parents I make the decision to remain quiet and ignore the situation. My parents follow my example by doing the same. For example, when my mother asks me a lot of questions about what I'm doing at school, or how I'm feeling, I get annoyed at her because she asks me the same questions every day.She gets annoyed too because I don't answer the questions that she asks me every day. To bring the argument to an end, I continue on with my homework or using the computer for fun, in order to avoid a serious argument. She follows my example by ignoring me and leav
If there is a conflict between my friends, I will give advice and my friends will follow my advice. So, some of my friends went to her to talk about their problems too, because they saw that I trusted Mrs. This is my example being a leader with my friends, because I gave advice to each one of my friends, and they followed the advice. This was in the cafeteria at lunch period. So the person that confessed apologized to her friends, for going to the teacher and turning them in. Shank not to tell anyone else about what we discuss. For example, I never get in trouble at school because I just don't like to be a bad person or to cause any trouble, so the students see how I act or do things that would prevent me from getting in trouble or getting detentions. After a few months, some of the boys decided to eat their lunch at our table. For example, I offer to help my friends with their homework if they need help, I volunteer at Pennsylvania Hospital by helping the workers organize their folders and do whatever they ask me to do. Anyway, the girls from my table started to blame one of our friends because they thought that this person went to the teacher and told everything about what was going on at the table. One of the boys was making fun of one of our girls because of her disabilities. Everybody forgave her and they became friends again. Then in the next few days, the other boys started to make fun of her too, so this became a serious problem. I also respect my teachers, other people, and I offer to do different things for people.
