The play called ‘The Tragic of Hiroshima and Nagasaki’ mainly spoke about how war affects human beings. It also indicates how war destroys a family, or the country: how war also brings misery into our lives. The play also preaches anti-war and demands the audience to act upon it. It also puts forward tragic stories about victims of the war; especially on August 9, 1945 when a U.S. Army Air Force plane released an atomic bomb on Nagasaki. They put their hearts and soul into it, but I am sure next time they could do even better with their roles. Over a fourth of the population was killed in one stroke and an additional fourth seriously injured, so that even if there had been no damage to structures and installations the normal city life would still have been completely shattered. I would say that the strengths of the play was the brilliant performances by Mrs. She was quite natural and spontaneous in every department of the play. My opinion of the weakness of the play was the placid pace of the storyline. The atomic explosion almost completely destroyed Hiroshima's identity as a city. In both cities the blast totally destroyed everything within a radius of 1 mile from the center of explosion, except for certain reinforced concrete frames. In future a little bit of music in the background could help the play to be a bit more realistic. I am very pleased to say that I am quite impressed with the performance of the play called "The Tragic of Hiroshima and Nagasaki"tm.
