Like many people in life, self-acceptance is a hand thing to cope with. She appears to be uncomfortable with herself, and it also seems as if the girl does not like what she sees. The poor girl portrays the attitude of a girl who feels ugly. Artist create art to express themselves and their feelings. Picasso may have been trying symbolize that circles are infinite just as problems in life can be. On the other hand, the girl appears to be very attractive by her profile. Through this painting, Picasso shows that he thinks women and life are two precious things. The girl looks very sad and unhappy. Many variations of what is going on in this painting can be created because the painting is so interesting. How people see themselves, and how other's see them is definitely one theme that this picture can demonstrate.
