Power to the Mind and Body, the Key to "Do"

Hello my friend how are you, I'm here to tell you about a wondrous and amazing religion. It has been around since the formation of the martial arts in Korea. This religion is called "Do" pronounced doe. This religion is based off of living a simple life ruled by the laws of martial arts. You are probably asking yourself what makes this religion the right one for you when there are thousands out there to choose from. Well this religion answers your many of life's questions. It shows you how to live your life through studying the martial arts to learn to condition your mind and to give energy to ones body. These life questions can be easily answered by one who is patient and everyone can be taught to shape ones mind and body. This religion calls for a person to be one with ones surroundings. One must learn many forms of martial arts such as kung fu and Tae kwon do. Since Do calls for one to have a close affinity to ones surroundings it has a major emphasis on animism. This goes back to the tribal religions of Korea where there was a strong tie to nature. Although martial arts focuses on one to become stronger and faster and better, it still has a communal aspect where a person has to practice with others to get


If one dies early due to another person killing them then it means that the other person was not following the Do way and respecting others and treating others as they wish to be treated. They also have to respect to those who are lesser in skill for they were once in their positions. To those they see around they must defend the weak and help the wretched. Martial arts shows to one how to be disciplined and devotion these are important keys to help one with troubles in life. If one is not worth and fails to learn to control ones mind and body, then they are reborn again and must try again and be reborn again. To deal with injustice and inequality Do tells its students to defend those who are too weak to defend themselves. Then they must honor and respect ones friends for they are the helpers of this world, and last they must treat strangers as they want to be treated for we are all strangers to someone and we expect to be treated with respect. Do teaches that patients and the martial arts are the essentials in life. Over all Do teaches one to treat others as they want to be treated and that the ultimate happiness and goal is to be one with everything and everyone. It is here only to help guide one to the path to the answer. The first which is one of the most important, which is choosing a martial arts discipline to follow or multiple forms. In Do there are many important rites of passage. In the modern world of fast technology and hectic times Do is a great way to slow down. According to Do, one must respect ones master or others of better skill.
