Megaman v.s. link
Although both share the common goal of saving the world, MegaMan and Link still possess differences in their journeys, powers. In order to understand these two characters, one must first understand their stories. Megaman, a (Cyborg boy living in the year 20XX) starts with two scientists, a Doctor Light and Doctor Willie. These two scientist used to be very good colleagues and then Doctor Willie's evil dream of world domination tore them apart. Before this the two created Proto Man the first of the cyborgs, brother and arch nemesis to mega man. After this Doctor Light built mega man to defeat proto man and the evil forces of Willie. Link's story begins in the fantasy world of Hyrule. Link is an Elfin boy in a time when swords and shields were the weapons and armor of choice. His only goal is to save the fair princess Zelda, retrieve the three pieces of the Triforce, and to rid Hyrule of Gannon the evil pig. Along their journeys to save the world, MegaMan, and Link encounter many obstacles. First off, MegaMan is bombarded by numerous waves of robot minions. He uses hardly any tactics at all and for the most part, kills all in his way. In all this killing there is some strategy though, in some cases he may have to uses one cer
MegaMan and Link both have the need for new weaponry to become more effeciant in killing and thus more apt to save the world. No, Nintendo thought out the games they created, although appearing to be almost exacts when viewed closely they are very diverse. In order to get new armor, MegaMan has to find capsules hidden by Doctor Light. tain weapon to kill an enemy or one weapon may prove more useful than another. Both start with little to nothing and as the game goes by they both grow stronger. Also along MegaMan's quest to save the world he kills and finds new ways to become more efficient at it. He at first is defenseless running from enemies for a short time for he is unarmored and unable to fight. The red armor for Link helps him with stand incredible heat, and blue armor will let him breathe under water. Link on the other hand has many obstacles laid in front of him. With each capsule MegaMan obtains an upgrade for one piece of armor, i. After retrieving all these materials link must now put them to use, using only his wit and intelligence to use these items wisely. For example link uses swords, arrows, and magic, mega man uses only his blaster.
