Effect of Economics on Society

             The institution that will be discussed in the preceeding pages is Economy. The Economic Institution is defined as the organizing, production and the distribution of goods and services. This institution is responsible for providing cultures and societies with basic human needs such as, food, clothes, shelter ect.... Economy is looked at through a global perspective. The economy of our country, as well as other nations are interlaced or dependent on each other. Which means that if one economy suffers the other will be affected. Example if Tawaiin's labor union is overcome with the Ebola virus. American manufactures will suffer because there cheap labor will not be as abundant and there cost of manufacturing will go up and therefore increase the price of there little widget here in the states. In turn if the Taiwan's labor union can not perform, they cannot supply their families with basic human necessities and in turn their economy suffers as well. There fore you can assume that large international corporations hold a great deal of influence over the global economy. Due to the fact that these large corporations are also large investors. They have large amounts of money to invest and they look globally at all different and beneficial ways to invest that money. Which means that they also spread their money out over several different investments. In addition to just one corporation doing this imagine all billion-dollar corporations collaborating on different investments in which to move and shift their investors money. This in its self will cause an economic shift in different societies on a global perspective.
             Corporations are defined as business entities, or a created body. The unusual fact about corporations is that they can invest in property and enter into legal binding contracts as an artificial person. The second feature of a corporation is that the board of directors can sell parts of the company in the stock market....
