Kennedy, but again there is many possible motives presented which make it believable that Oswald did actually assasinate Kennedy. Oswald was a former Marine and Served over seas for several years, while in the Marines he was tested several times for his shooting skills, he both times received very respectable scores and received the ranking of a marksmen. While Public opinion does not support this theory the government continues to insist that this indeed is what took place, and despite the attempts by conspiracy theorist to shun this idea there is a great deal of information which seemingly validates this story.
