is hardly something that would get me excited. The first time I
watched the movie I couldn’t even stay awake to pay attention.

According to their dreams, he is the reincarnation of a Buddhist

. . .
decides to go with Jesse and the monks to Nepal so they can learn
if Jesse is really the reincarnation they think he is.
Although I was suprisingly very delighted with this movie,
there were a few details that bothered me. Upon leaving Jesse’s home
the monks give Jesse a children’s book entitled Little Buddha.

the movie unfolds.
Siddhartha is sheltered by his father when he is young.
Bridget Fonda’s wonderful presence and performance is always

Jesse turns out being very unknowledgeable of the Buddaist
religion.
Keanu Reeves suprisingly redeemed himself from his roll in
Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure. It tells the story of the Buddha Siddhartha. When Siddhartha sees
the way the world really is, he takes it upon himself to try to
relieve the world of all pain and suffering.
Jesse’s parents are very skeptical. This suprises both the
monks and Jesse. The monks befriend Jesse and his parents and
try to convince them to let Jesse return to Nepal with them.
