Review of the Ninety-nine
Restaurant Review of the Ninety-NineI was asked by the owner of the Ninety-Nine to perform a restaurant review. I was asked to observe the storefront and how it looked; the decor of the establishment; service; food; violations of policy; and recommendations of improvement. On November 4, 2002 I went to the Ninety-Nine to do my review. It was a fairly busy night. The storefront was well taken care of and looked nice. I walked through the double doors and into the lobby. The waitresses were polite and accurate with the orders. It should be more precise and more organized. hes with about 8 people sitting on them. My food was well prepared and well cooked. My wrap was well cooked and tasted great. She returned exactly fifteen minutes later with my water. I waited for forty-five minutes until my little black box went off. It took about thirty minutes for me to receive my meal. They could add more tables for more seating arrangements, and more wait staff for faster service. ConclusionIn my dining experience at the Ninety-Nine I did not find any violations of policy but I do recommend their timing system be changed. I checked the ladies bathroom and it was very well taken care of.
