With all these wonderful things that Madonna has created, it’s no wonder many people aroudn the world are amazed by her essence. She wasthe first female to step forward in the music business and pave her own path. “ Madonna dissolves boundaries between gay subculture and main stream culture- thus you do not have to be gay to vogue, nor do you have to be straight ti be a Femme Fatale.
One constantly hears Madonna being compared to Marilyn Monroe, Others believe that she is exactly the opposite. She has also become very aware of the rights of all humand. “ Madonna also rejects the self-monitoring of female sexuality by disrupting the ‘ male gaze’ whereby men act and women appear. Women who are/were considered female were seen as weak and not in control of their own lives. Everything Madonna stands for is summed up in one of her songs.
